Terms of Service
The legal terms and conditions governing the use of the Veltrix Cloud Runtime and API services.
1. Acceptable Use Policy
Customers may use the Veltrix API and edge runtime strictly for lawful computing purposes. Automated attempts to bypass rate limits or deploy abusive scraping processes will result in immediate API key suspension.
2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Enterprise subscriptions include a guaranteed 99.999% monthly uptime SLA. In the event of service degradation exceeding 10 minutes within a calendar month, eligible service credits apply.
3. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an enterprise “as available” basis with comprehensive hardware-level isolation.
